Treatment & Optimization Options
Personalized interventions guided by your data
What Sets Us Apart
At iChange Health, treatment begins with understanding you.
Your medical history, symptoms, goals, laboratory results, metabolic health, hormone profile, body composition, brain health, and other available data are reviewed together to create a personalized plan.
There is no single longevity protocol that is appropriate for everyone. Your recommendations may include lifestyle changes alone or a combination of medical therapies, nutritional optimization, metabolic treatment, hormone optimization, supplements, or other targeted interventions.
Not every treatment listed below is appropriate for every patient.
Peptide Therapy
What is a peptide?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids—the same building blocks that make up proteins. Many peptides occur naturally in the human body and function as signaling molecules, helping cells communicate and regulate different biological processes.
Depending on the peptide, these signals may influence areas such as metabolism, tissue repair, body composition, sleep, recovery, or hormone signaling.
When peptide therapy is considered, the goal is not simply to “add peptides.” We evaluate whether a specific peptide has a reasonable role within your overall treatment plan based on your health history, goals, laboratory findings, and available clinical evidence.
Peptide recommendations may vary significantly from patient to patient, and some peptide therapies may be considered investigational or used outside of FDA-approved indications.
Vitamins, Minerals & Nutrient Optimization
Even subtle nutritional deficiencies can influence energy, cognition, mood, sleep, immune function, blood formation, muscle performance, and metabolic health.
Rather than recommending a long list of supplements to everyone, we use laboratory testing and clinical history to identify areas where supplementation may actually be useful.
Depending on your results, your plan may address nutrients such as:
Vitamin D
Vitamin B12
Folate
Iron and ferritin
Magnesium
Zinc
Omega-3 fatty acids
Other vitamins, minerals, or nutritional markers when clinically indicated
Our philosophy is targeted supplementation rather than excessive supplementation.
The goal is to correct deficiencies, support optimal physiology, and avoid unnecessary treatment.
Hormone Optimization
Hormones influence far more than reproductive health. They can affect energy, mood, cognition, sleep, muscle mass, bone health, metabolic function, sexual health, and overall quality of life.
Your evaluation may include assessment of hormones such as:
Estradiol and other sex hormones
Testosterone
Progesterone
DHEA
Thyroid markers
Cortisol-related markers when clinically appropriate
LH, FSH, SHBG, and other regulatory hormones
Hormone optimization is not about achieving an arbitrary “perfect” number.
The goal is to evaluate symptoms together with laboratory findings, age, medical history, cardiovascular risk, bone health, reproductive status, and individual goals to determine whether treatment is appropriate.
For some patients, this may include menopausal hormone therapy or testosterone therapy. For others, the appropriate recommendation may be monitoring, lifestyle intervention, or further evaluation rather than hormone replacement.
Metabolic Optimization & GLP-1 Therapy
Metabolic health is one of the foundations of healthy aging.
Insulin resistance, excess visceral fat, abnormal glucose regulation, dyslipidemia, and loss of muscle can influence cardiovascular health, brain health, inflammation, and long-term disease risk.
Your metabolic plan may incorporate:
Nutrition strategy
Resistance and cardiovascular exercise
Body-composition goals
Glucose and insulin optimization
Lipid and ApoB management
Sleep and stress interventions
Weight-management therapy when appropriate
GLP-1 and Related Medications
For appropriate patients, medications that target the GLP-1 pathway—including GLP-1 or dual incretin therapies—may be considered as part of a medically supervised metabolic program.
These treatments can help improve appetite regulation, weight management, glucose control, and several cardiometabolic risk factors.
At iChange Health, the objective is not simply weight loss.
We focus on metabolic health while protecting muscle mass, strength, nutritional status, and long-term function.
Medication selection and dosing are individualized based on medical history, treatment goals, potential contraindications, response, and tolerance.
TMS & Brain Health
-
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive treatment that uses targeted magnetic pulses to stimulate and regulate specific brain networks involved in mood, motivation, and cognitive function.
-
At iChange Health, TMS is incorporated into a broader brain-health approach that considers sleep, metabolic health, hormones, stress, lifestyle, and psychiatric health.
-
TMS requires no medication, anesthesia, or sedation, and patients can typically return to normal activities immediately after treatment.
Target the brain. Strengthen the network. Change the outcome.
ICHANGE METHOD™
Your Plan Evolves With You
Optimization is not a one-time event.
As your health, laboratory markers, body composition, symptoms, and goals change, your plan may change as well.
Follow-up testing and clinical reassessment allow us to evaluate what is working, identify new areas of concern, and adjust treatment when appropriate.
Assessment → Personalized Plan → Targeted Treatment → Measure → Refine
